Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Seply and the processing of recordings through the service.
Last updated July 23, 2026
Using Seply
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use Seply only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your recordings and permissions
You retain ownership of recordings you upload. You grant Seply and its processing providers limited permission to store, transmit, and process those recordings only as needed to provide and secure the requested service.
You must have the legal right and any required consent to upload and process a recording. Do not upload recordings that violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other legal rights.
Credits and billing
Credits represent processing capacity within Seply rather than a fixed number of audio minutes. Each feature displays its own usage rate before processing. The server-calculated media duration is rounded to the nearest whole second before billing. Standard Separation uses 10 credits per started minute with a 10-credit minimum. Advanced Overlap uses 60 credits per started minute with a 60-credit minimum and is available after a successful purchase. Monthly credits expire 30 days after they are granted; one-time credit packs expire 12 calendar months after purchase.
Seply will not create a provider job without sufficient credits. Credits reserved for a confirmed failed job are returned to their original credit batches and retain their original expiration dates. Canceling a subscription does not clear credits already granted. Purchases and subscription status are confirmed through the payment provider's authoritative webhook records.
Audio processing infrastructure
Seply is an independent product. Seply Audio AI may use licensed, specialized third-party audio processing infrastructure to complete a separation job. These providers receive only the information needed to perform the requested processing. Seply is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers and remains responsible for the customer experience and support provided through the Seply service.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Creem acts as Merchant of Record for Seply purchases and handles checkout, applicable tax, receipts, and payment administration. Paid monthly plans renew automatically at the displayed USD price until canceled. You can cancel directly from Billing through the Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Credits already granted keep their stated expiration date.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy. Requests for unused purchased credits must be submitted within 7 calendar days. Used credits and completed jobs are generally not refundable, except for duplicate charges, failed delivery, applicable law, or another exception stated in that policy. Read the Refund Policy.
Output and service limitations
Speaker separation is an automated process. Results may vary with noise, echo, overlapping speech, recording quality, and voice similarity. Seply does not guarantee perfect isolation or suitability for a particular professional, legal, or evidentiary use.
Output tracks are intended to begin at 00:00 and match the source duration. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.
Prohibited use
- Uploading content you do not have the right to process.
- Attempting to bypass file, credit, access, or rate limits.
- Interfering with the service or accessing another user's jobs.
- Using Seply for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or deception.
- Reverse engineering or abusing processing and download endpoints.
- Using separated audio for unauthorized impersonation, voice cloning, deepfakes, or fraud.
- Using Seply to scrape or download third-party platform content.
- Processing sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content.
- Using Seply as a file-sharing service, cyberlocker, or distribution channel for pirated or unlicensed content.
- Using Seply to facilitate illegal or regulated activities, including gambling, lending, telemarketing, debt relief, banking, financing, or the sale of age-restricted goods.
Availability and retention
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to address maintenance, security, legal, or infrastructure requirements. For new completed jobs, Seply stores the source recording and generated tracks privately for 30 days from completion; failed-job source files are deleted promptly. You may delete completed media earlier. Limited job metadata may remain in account history after media is deleted or expires.
Disclaimers and liability
Seply is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, Seply is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@seply.org.
