Acceptable Use Policy

Recording rights and consent

You must own the recording or have every right and consent required to upload and process it. Do not submit content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights.

Prohibited harmful use

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW content of any kind.
• Unlawful surveillance, interception, harassment, or stalking.
• Unauthorized impersonation, voice cloning, deepfakes, deception, or fraud.
• Processing content that exploits minors or facilitates illegal activity.
• Presenting separated audio as authentic evidence when it has been altered or used misleadingly.

Platform and service abuse

• Using Seply as a file-sharing service, cyberlocker, or distribution channel for pirated or unlicensed content.
• Scraping, ripping, or downloading third-party platform content through Seply.
• Bypassing file, credit, access, security, or rate limitations.
• Accessing another user's jobs, results, account, or credentials.
• Uploading malware or interfering with Seply or its processing infrastructure.

Illegal and regulated activities

Do not use Seply to facilitate illegal or regulated activities, including gambling, lending, telemarketing, debt relief, banking, financing, or the sale of age-restricted goods.

Enforcement and questions

We may block a job, restrict an account, preserve required evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect users and the service. Questions about permitted use can be sent to support@seply.org.
