Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Seply processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.
Last updated July 23, 2026
Information we process
We may process account details such as your name, email address, authentication records, plan, credit balance, support messages, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Seply.
When the separation service is enabled, we process the recordings you choose to upload, technical media information, job status, generated speaker tracks, and authenticated result-view, playback, and download activity needed to provide and improve the service.
How recordings are handled
Recordings are processed only to provide the speaker-separation job you request through Seply Audio AI. Seply may use a specialized third-party audio processing provider to complete that request. The provider receives only the recording and technical information needed to perform the requested processing.
For new completed jobs, Seply stores the source recording and generated speaker tracks in a private bucket for 30 days from completion. Failed-job source files are deleted promptly. Media is never exposed through permanent public file URLs.
Retention
Limited job metadata, such as processing status, duration, credit use, timestamps, and detected speaker count, may be retained while your account remains active to provide account history, support, security, and billing records. Completed media expires after 30 days and can be deleted earlier from your history. Deleting an account also removes media objects explicitly associated with that account.
Account, payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, and support records are retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and meet tax, accounting, security, legal, and compliance obligations. We review retention when those purposes no longer apply.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain the Seply service.
- Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse.
- Calculate usage, process purchases, and maintain credit records.
- Respond to support requests and service failures.
- Measure result availability and use through minimal view, playback, and download records. These records do not contain filenames, audio, transcript content, comments, or page URLs. They are service records for authenticated results and are separate from optional analytics preferences.
Service providers
Seply uses service providers for authentication, email, payment processing, private object storage, security monitoring, analytics, and specialized audio processing. Creem acts as Merchant of Record for purchases and handles payment, tax, receipt, and related transaction information. Each provider receives only the information needed for its contracted function.
Security and your choices
We use access controls, private storage, signed downloads, generated storage identifiers, and server-only provider credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us at the address below. Some billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
Children and changes
Seply is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
